You rent the right to use a dedicated physical machine for a set period; you are not buying the hardware. Compare the plan price and add-ons over the same billing period rather than adding prices from different periods.

If you need to keep your environment, renew before the current term ends. Check the instance and expiry details, then confirm the payment result. An unpaid renewal does not extend your service.
Upgrades across rental terms are prorated based on the remaining time. Check the change summary in the portal for the exact amount. If a hardware change is involved, plan the migration of your project, configuration and data; the original environment is not automatically copied.
Only the 3 base plans listed on this page are available. Plans outside this directory and custom configurations are not offered. SSD and Thunderbolt 5 are separate add-ons and do not change the memory specification of a base plan.

Once your machine is ready, you'll receive SSH / VNC credentials. Test the connection, update your access credentials, then sync your code and configure your build toolchain.
Clarifying location changes, data retention and payment records in advance can help avoid adjustments after setup. For questions about a specific order, include your order number and contact support through a portal ticket.
Changing locations means moving the machine to a different deployment location; it is not a network setting you can simply switch. Submit a portal ticket with your current instance, target location and data volume. Confirm the migration method, schedule and any order changes before proceeding. Save your code, certificates and essential configuration first, and keep your existing backup until you have verified the new environment.
Renewing the same instance before it expires extends your current rental; it does not create a new environment. Check the updated expiry details after renewal. Data handling after a rental ends is a separate process, so do not treat an expired instance as a backup you can restore at any time. Keep important files separately and renew or export your data before expiry.
Check the records, fields and download formats actually available for your order and billing in the portal. A successful payment record is not necessarily a tax invoice for your jurisdiction. If your team needs a specific billing name, tax field or file format for reimbursement, email support@macftp.com before paying. Explain what you need and confirm it can be provided before placing your order.
