Choose the right channel

Get the right help, faster

Still choosing a model or confirming team requirements? Email us about your project. For an existing order, instance issue, or billing question, sign in to the console and submit a ticket so the team has the context and order details together.

There are two ways to contact us: support@macftp.com or a console ticket. The form below prepares an email in your browser; it does not submit your request.

Choose a contact option

Three needs, two contact channels

You don't need to open a support ticket for plan questions. For an existing order, add details to the same ticket to avoid repeating your setup information.

Plans & Rental Terms

Sales Enquiries

Ask about the three configurations, project memory requirements, rental terms, or region availability. Tell us about your build or inference workload, estimated number of machines, and when you need them.

Response expectationsEmail is handled asynchronously. We haven't published fixed support hours or a first-response time, so allow time for plan questions to be discussed.

Existing Instances & Orders

Technical Support Ticket

For connection issues, instance status, renewals, or payment checks, sign in to the console and create a ticket. Include your order reference, region, model, and when the issue occurred.

Response expectationsTickets are handled asynchronously; updates depend on the replies posted to your ticket. Nodes run year-round, but this doesn't mean live human support is always available.

Multi-Machine Deployments & Teams

Team & Bulk Rental Enquiries

For multiple machines in one region, phased launches, Thunderbolt 5 interconnects, or consolidated billing, use the same support email. List the quantity and rental term for each model.

Response expectationsWe'll confirm the configuration and deployment requirements first, then discuss purchasing arrangements. No fixed quote response time is published, and deployment timing must be confirmed for each request.

Support email: support@macftp.com. Never send passwords, private keys, full payment card details, or signing certificates by email or ticket.

Write a complete first email

Outline your needs, then open your email app

Fill in the form to create an email draft link, then send it from your email app. The form doesn't submit requests, create tickets, or upload attachments. Required fields are marked.

Enter “individual developer” or your team headcount. List the number of machines you plan to rent in your message.
Up to 2,400 characters. Describe your requirements only; do not include credentials, payment details, or other sensitive information.

These fields are used only to create an email draft on this page; the form does not upload them. You can edit the draft before sending. The email is sent only when you click Send in your email app.

Align on requirements for team purchases

Add machines, not custom configurations

Each plan provides an exclusive physical Apple Silicon machine, not a virtual machine. All three models are offered across four regions, subject to live availability in the console. Team orders use the same published models.

Confirm same-region requirements for multi-machine deployments

List quantities separately for FTP M4 Core, FTP M4 Plus, and FTP M4 Pro. Tell us whether the machines must be in the same region, whether they need to start together, and how project data will be synced between them.

Self-hosted runners can be assigned by project. Machine count, concurrent jobs, and repository count are different metrics; please specify each in your enquiry.

Three models · Exclusive physical nodes

Thunderbolt 5 interconnect billed per machine

The interconnect add-on is charged for each participating machine, not once for the whole group. Rates are $2 daily, $5.3 weekly, $9.9 monthly, and $26.9 quarterly, billed according to your selected term.

Include the number of participating machines and how you plan to use them. Confirm software support, device connectivity, and deployment arrangements before purchase. Multi-machine interconnects are not equivalent to a single machine with more memory.

Check add-ons separately from base rental

USD pricing for straightforward team billing

Quotes, orders, and payments are in US dollars. In your purchase email, specify the order reference, rental term, and receipt details your team needs for reconciliation to avoid adding key requirements after payment.

Bulk orders don't automatically include discounts or additional payment methods. The amount due, available payment gateways, and billing details are confirmed in your console order and by the service team.

Pay in advance: daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly
Before You Pay

Two payment options only

USDT-TRC20 or Visa / Mastercard / Amex via Stripe. All payments are in US dollars (USD); no other payment methods are accepted. Available gateways are determined by the payment interface at checkout.

Check payment issues via ticket

To check a paid order, submit its reference, payment time, and any necessary transaction reference. Never include your full card number. For USDT-TRC20, you can provide the transaction hash, but never share your wallet keys.

Specify the time

What time is it in each region?

The times below are local to each region to help you coordinate troubleshooting by email or ticket. Regional time zones don't indicate support hours; confirm any remote assistance arrangements in your ticket.

Singapore

Local time · UTC+08:00

Tokyo

Local time · UTC+09:00

Seoul

Hong Kong

Include your UTC offset and the times you're available. The page clock converts your device's current time and shouldn't be used to verify timestamps in incident logs.

Know what you need? Start with one machine

Rent a cloud Mac by the day, starting at $21.2/day. Keep questions about existing orders in a console ticket. For new projects, confirm the configuration and order what you need.
